浸浴的好處
唔知有無人好似小編咁,肩頸經常性痠痛。浸浴唔單止令肌肉不再僵硬,舒緩身體上各種疲勞;水嘅熱度令皮膚血管擴張,從而可以改善血液循環及加速新陳代謝。當排毒排得好,自然可以解決埋水腫問題,攤喺到浸浴就排到毒實在太吸引啦~尤其返office嘅絲打,長期坐到下半身血液循環變到慢晒,唔想對腳變得愈來愈粗,不妨浸浸佢放鬆下。
合適的水溫
根據人體體感溫度,最理想舒服嘅水溫應該維持喺攝氏38至40度左右。好多人都話女人沖涼比起男人更加受得熱,大家都可以因應自己嘅喜好調節水溫。當水溫愈高,交感神經都會愈活躍,所以浸落有微微嘅亢奮感都係十分正常,最緊要唔好熱到燙傷自己。
合適的方法及時間
浸浴仲可以細分成「半身浴」同「全身浴」。
半身浴即係浸浴嘅水位只去到心口位置,對心臟嘅負擔比較小。主要可以消除下半身嘅水腫問題,就算浸浴時間長少少都唔怕,如果想慢慢歎可以浸30分鐘以上!
全身浴水位去到頸部位置,相對半身浴更全面地發揮到浸浴嘅正面功效,血液循環會更加強烈。不過呢種方法就唔建議浸太耐,最好控制喺30分鐘以下。
現時市面上已經有好多唔同款式嘅浴球或者入浴劑,有解除疲勞、排毒美顏等等功效。
只要揀到合適自己嘅浴球,浸浴養生就更加事半功倍啦。
無論選擇邊種方式浸浴,最緊要都係量力而為,唔好過度浸泡。浸浴之後趁體溫仲係暖和,盡早上床休息,第二朝起身皮膚變靚返,人都自然精神爽利啲喇!
