Tsuen Wan Warehouse Pick-Up

Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)

• Only applicable to products in stock, not available for pre-order items.
• Contact customer service via WhatsApp before making payment to confirm sufficient inventory.
• Once the goods are ready for pickup, customers will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Self-pickup address in Tsuen Wan: 18th Floor, Block C, Golden Bear Industrial Centre, 66-82 Cheung Wan Road, Tsuen Wan (DBee).
• Self-pickup service at Tsuen Wan warehouse is available for orders successfully placed and paid before 12 PM from Monday to Saturday.
• Pickup hours are from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• When the package arrives at your designated SF station, you will receive a mobile SMS notification containing the "package number."

• From the time of receiving the SMS, you have a specified period to go to the pickup location and present the SMS to collect the package.

• If you fail to pick up the package within the specified time given in the notification, SF Express will charge an additional service fee (HKD 10 per day).
