市面上嘅縮陰球通常係2-3粒波為一組,大小同重量都各有不同,等你可以按照自己嘅訓練強度調整。
唔少人見到收陰球嘅第一個反應都係會擔心擺唔到入去,其實只要配合適量嘅潤滑劑,平瞓喺到慢慢推入去就可以成功放置。

答: 凱格爾運動在於藉著伸展骨盆底的恥骨尾骨肌來增強肌肉張力。藉由重複縮放部分的骨盆底肌肉,幫助懷孕女性準備生產,降低尿失禁、產後尿失禁等問題。
