測試原理

Doctoreyes 愛滋病病毒 (HIV) 口腔黏液檢驗器是以採集棒採取口腔黏液樣本的方式自我檢測, 20 分鐘目測結果(如陰性或陽性反應)而定性為當中是否含有 HIV 1 /2 抗體。
這是基於側流免疫層析分析原理來分析檢測。
檢測結果應從稀釋樣本放入檢測試劑後 20 分鐘至不多於 45 分鐘內目測結果(如陰性或陽性反應)最為準確。

使用方法
1）將單人份外包袋中的鋁箔袋、裝有樣本稀釋液的試管及口腔拭子取出待用。
2）從袋中取出乾淨的口腔拭子，手持口腔拭子手柄一端，以中等力度，用户的布垫端沿上牙眼線慢慢來回擦拭，從口腔的一角開始，慢慢探到另一角，然後仍沿上牙眼線擦拭至起始處（用時約 5 - 6 秒）,然後翻轉口腔拭子從下牙配開始重複之前的動作。
3）立即將子插入裝有稀釋液的試管中,捏緊拭子的柄,將子没人樣本稀釋液中,先後讓 子的兩面試管壁,上下刮擦 6 - 8 次。
4）從側面口撕開鋁箔袋,取出檢測試紙條(注意:不要用手指觸摸試紙條中間膜的表面), 將檢測試紙條按箭頭朝下的方向插入装有樣本的試管中,注意液面不要超過色皮標籤箭頭下
5）試紙條插入 15 分鐘後觀察並記錄檢測結果。(讀取結果的時間不得超過 30 分鐘。)

檢驗結果

陰性結果：試紙條上只出現質控線一條紅線，檢測線未出現，結果視為陰性。
陽性結果：如果檢測線和質控線均出現檢測結果初步診斷為 HIV 抗體陽性。
無效：如果沒出現紅線或者只出现檢測線，沒有出現質控線，試驗結果無效。
注：在吃完食物和飲用液體飲料後至少等待 15 分鐘取樣才能保證試驗結果的可靠性和準確性。

檢驗結果注意事項

陰性結果：因為空窗期緣故，任何呈陰性結果都不絕對保證樣本中沒有低濃度的愛滋病病毒抗體存在，所以應在 16 天及 90 天後再作覆檢。
陽性結果：須儘快向醫護人員尋求協助。
