陰性結果（未受感染）： 僅有 C 線顯色，Ag 與 Ab 線均無顯示。
陽性結果（疑似感染）： C 線顯色，且 Ag 或 Ab 任何一處出現顯色（即使線條顏色非常淡，亦視為陽性）。
