使用方法：

1. 第一次使用及每次生理期前後，請以沸水高溫消毒約 5 - 8 分鐘。日常使用，可使用溫和的肥皂水、熱水清洗，放置前須完成洗淨所有皂水，以免引起敏感。

2. 按著 Lily Cup One 摺疊

3. 推入陰道

4. 輕輕拉動杯身，如杯身沒有被拉出，代表正確放置。

5. 取出月經杯輕，先輕輕按壓杯身以解除真空，然後拉下拉環以取出月經杯

6. 請跟據您的流量，最少每 24小時清空月經杯 2 - 3 次。

注意：如果置入有困難或沒有很多經血時，可配合潤滑劑使用。

如果有以下感覺，您可能置入失敗:有異物感、有空氣排出的感覺、放置月經杯後不久有經血會流出，站起來時月經杯跑出陰道口。

如有以上感覺，請放鬆並取出重置，使用月經杯就似是使用隱形眼鏡，請多嘗試練習。
