有冇聽過咩係凱格爾運動 ?
凱格爾運動(Kegel Exercise),又名會陰肌肉/骨盆底肌肉運動,簡單嚟講就係「提肛縮陰」。
會陰肌肉負責控制女性嘅尿道,陰道及肛門開合,功能會隨住女性懷孕、年長、過重等情況而下降,造成小便失禁問題。根據醫管局嘅資料,香港女性小便失禁的比率介乎於13-21%之間,所以情況係不容忽視架!
想減低呢啲問題出現嘅機會,就要好好鍛鍊會陰肌肉,而凱格爾運動正正係為此而設。
凱格爾運動好似用啞鈴進行重量訓練一樣,肌肉反覆收縮,令肌肉更加緊實,可以減少陰道鬆弛,幫助掌握陰道口位置,學習放鬆身體嘅技巧,仲可以令女性更能感受到啪啪啪時會陰肌肉嘅收縮,提升性生活的滿足度。
